MEXICAN DRUG WAR
An ideogram design for the Mexican Drug War. I started with sketches related to Mexican cultures and marihuana, which then developed into the final ideogram design: A leaf made out of hands calling for help and Mexico’s map.
The project is further developed with the rearrangement of the ideogram into an abstract painting. The artwork was arranged digitally and painted with acrylics on bristol board, as shown on the series of photo graphs below.
